Valencia CF will face UD Maracena in the first round of the 2025–26 Copa del Rey. This was the outcome of the draw held on Monday morning at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas. The match will be a single-leg fixture, to be played between October 28 and 30 at the Ciudad Deportiva de Maracena.

Throughout its history, Valencia CF has won the Copa del Rey trophy on eight occasions: in 1941, 1949, 1954, 1967, 1979, 1999, 2008, and 2019.

UD Maracena reaches this first round of the Copa after defeating Sporting de Ceuta.
